[Webcast] The Impervious Cover Model: Revisited

It’s hard to believe that it has been nearly 25 years since “The Importance of Impervious” first concluded that, “imperviousness is a powerful and important indicator of future stream quality and that significant degradation occurs at relatively low levels of development.”

With that anniversary in mind, we thought it would be time to revisit the impervious cover model. We will discuss recent research findings and some of the latest thoughts on the relationship between impervious cover and stream quality to see what  implications it might have for water managers.
