CSN participated in a stormwater training workshop hosted by the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, the UMD Environmental Finance Center and the Capital Region Council of Governments on June 14-15, 2017. The two-day workshop in Middletown, Pennsylvania provided a crash course on how to effectively manage a small MS4 stormwater program.

On Day 1 we discussed the basic elements of the permits and introduced the “full-cycle” approach to BMP implementation.  Day 2 was all about stormwater BMPs and how they can be used to meet the requirements for the Chesapeake Bay Pollutant Reduction Plans.
