Project Description

Our second place winner last year won for their efficient utilization of a small space. This project created both visually pleasing and functional stormwater design. In addition to the green roofs pictured below, this project also included on-site bioretention, cisterns, street-side tree boxes. The project’s public visibility also contributed to its selection by our jurors.

Best Combination of BMP in a Series

This category regognizes projects that utlized two or more practices in a series, for the best possible treatment of stormwater. Example projects include: larger residential or commercial development projects and/or small watershed restoration projects that involve multiple practices working together.
