The Meara residence project involved the installation of conservation landscaping, a dry well/infiltration pit and a rain garden. The series of practices capture and treat 100% of the runoff from the property and are now used as a demonstration site. The homeowner has offered tours of her yard to the community, served as meeting site for the Plant NOVA Natives organization, and has served as a host site in NVSWCD’s 2018 Sustainable Garden Tour.
