While post-construction monitoring is often required for several years after a stream restoration is completed, little guidance has been available on how to quickly and cost-effectively inspect stream restoration projects sites to verify continued water quality benefits beyond the end of the permit term to maintain TMDL credit. In this webcast, we will introduce a new guidance document, approved by the Bay Program’s Urban Stormwater Workgroup, for inspecting and verifying stream restoration practices using a series of simple visual indicators.
