Consensus Recommendations to Improve Protocols 2 and 3 for Defining Stream Restoration Pollutant Removal Credits

Speakers:

David Wood, CSN

[—-]

Starting in 2018, CSN and over 70 stream restoration experts across the public and private sector set out to revisit the 2014 Stream Restoration Expert Panel Protocols. The fourth and final report to be produced under this effort evaluated stream and floodplain restoration projects using Protocols 2 and 3 (denitrification in the hyporheic zone and floodplain reconnection).

In this webcast, David will provide an overview of the recommendations in the report and how it affects the qualifying conditions and pollutant removal calculations from these two protocols.
