The Chesapeake Bay Program’s Urban Stormwater Workgroup has approved over a dozen BMP Expert Panel reports. These reports outline the definitions, qualifying conditions, and pollutant removal rates for restoration practices that can be tracked and reportedtowards achieving the pollutant removal goals in the Chesapeake Bay TMDL.
